In order for us to give you the best offer,  we will need to gather information about your property. fill any of the forms on our website to get started.

Once we get talking, we will be gathering some information about your property before we meet you there. This can include, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the square footage, and any recent upgrades.

 

Step 2

We Visit Your Property

Once we come to your  property, we will take a tour around the property. We will be accessing the current state of the house and noting down features of the house like when it was constructed, number of bathrooms and bedrooms, the square footage and any repairs needed. Once we have compiled an all-round report, we will prepare your offer and get back to you within a few days. As you can see, our process is easy. This is how we buy property everywhere we go.

Step 3

We Close

Once you accept our offer and contracts are signed by both of us, title work can begin.  This can take as little as a few days or sometimes a few weeks. It all depends if there are any challenges in establishing a clear title. Our title company works to clear the title and get our closing ready as quickly as possible. We keep you informed if there are any questions along the way.

Once the title work is clear, we will begin the closing process. The attorneys will schedule a day and time to close that works best for you. Once all documents are signed, you will receive your check or wire with the proceeds from the sale.

How do you value my property?

If you are happy with our offer, we will do a free evaluation on your property. From our evaluation, we will have a good offer for your property.

How does the process work?

  1. we will arrange for a team and a local agent to visit the property at a time that suits you.
  2. They will compile a thorough report on the property and take a few photos.
  3. We will review their feedback and then do an in depth online research.
